SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE that each listing is a digital purchase. NO physical copy will be shipped / mailed to your home. If you would like to read on some great advantages of purchasing a printable file and how it all works, please click here. It is simple, fast and convenient!

Purchased digital (printable) designs are emailed as high resolution JPG and/or PDF format (in most cases we are able to provide PNG or SVG format as well) to your E-mail address on file, and therefore NO shipping fees are incurred.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since our products are digital printable files - non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, and as such it is impossible to tell if they have been printed or not, refunds or exchanges are not available on any items in this shop. If an error has been made, we will gladly send a correction. Please contact us in the first instance should there be any problems with your order and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue.

  

PROCESSING TIMES

Delivery time varies depending on type of order: 

  • Instant download: High resolution files are available to download directly from a checkout page as soon as the payment is confirmed. (At the same time you will also receive download links to your e-mail inbox as a back up)
  • Size adjustment requests:  Resized high res files will be sent directly to your email inbox within 2 to 12 hours upon purchase (almost always within a shorter time frame!)
  • Custom/Personalized orders:  
  1. A preview (proof) will be sent to your e-mail inbox within 24 hours upon purchase and receiving custom information (as per particular listing description). You can request any minor changes *
  2. Second preview (if included) will be provided within 12 hours. You can request any last minor changes *
  3. Final high resolution art design will be sent to your e-mail inbox within 2-10 hours

All custom processing times are usually significantly shorter.

* Minor changes include: color changes; font/type style changes; adding text (in a volume that is congruent with the purchased design); removing text or individual graphic details; re-sizing of text, individual graphic details or entire artwork

  

COLOR MATCHING

Please note that computer monitor colors (or colors shown on screens of various devices) and printed colors do vary depending on the method of printing/printer settings and in differences in how monitors and printers are calibrated. In addition, colors may vary based on the card stock used. We cannot be held responsible for printing variations outside of our control. You can however be ensured that we always do our best to get as close as possible to requested color(s).

For more complex (textured) graphics the color chart provided serves as a guide only (to help us to get as close as possible to the requested colors).
